This is the perfect PowerPoint template for comparing the pros and cons of anything you can imagine. It’s bold. Bright. And fully customizable.
A detailed summary of this 10-slide Pros and Cons PowerPoint template
Perhaps the most interesting about this graphic (and very purple) template is the fact that you don’t even have to use it as an entire PowerPoint theme. Each slide features a different way of comparing the pros and cons, so you might find it more convenient to export and use different slides for different projects.

Cover Slide
The predominant feature of the cover slide is a large metallic 3D medallion which spells out “PROS & CONS.” There is dedicated space for the title of your presentation directly above it.
Secondary cover (or section title) slide
I don’t normally include two cover slide designs in my PowerPoint presentation templates – so consider this one a bonus! The layout is exactly the same as the primary cover slide, except for the positioning of the 3D pros and cons medallion. Honestly? I think this works better as a section break slide.
Pros and cons comparison slide
This list of pros and cons is the simplest (but most important) slide of this entire template. It’s a simple two column list with pros on the left and the cons on the right. The bullet graphic for each pro is a checkmark, and each con is an x.
Dedicated section title slide
The section title section break slide is simple (and to the point) by design. It features a more subtle version of the pros and cons medallion found on the cover slide, with the majority of the space reserved for your text.
The slide comparing the good and the bad
What good is a pros and cons PowerPoint template without a simple summary of the good and the bad of whatever it is you’re comparing? It’s a simple two-column layout, with each column featuring a large icon, a bold title title, and space for about 100 characters of text. Keep this slide simple and to the point!
The table slide
This slide features a basic 4 column table for displaying (or categorizing) more complex types of data. Beneath the table is space dedicated for a large quote or other types of information related related to the data in the table.
Call-out slide
This slide is designed to call out the specific pros and cons of the different elements of your own graphic or photo. The boxes for each pro and con are fully customizable and can be placed anywhere in this slide.
Pros slide
This is the slide for highlighting all of the pros. It features a very large “PROS” graphic at the very center, with floating text all around it. All of this text is fully customizable and you can place it wherever you want.
Cons slide
This slide is exactly the same as the pros slide, but it features the cons instead. Customize it however you wish!
Bonus: Pros and Cons graphic slide
There’s no real purpose to this slide other than to provide a very high resolution line drawing of the PROS & CONS medallion found on the cover slide. Copy and paste this graphic to other parts of the presentation where you see fit. Or, depending on how adventurous you’re feeling, use this as the basis for an all new slide template.
