Several years ago I took a short ski vacation with my family to Lake Tahoe, and I took a ton of photos during our time on the slopes. The weather was beautiful the entire three days we were there, and the scenery was just stunning in every direction. And now that I’m home with a huge folder of photos that I have no idea what to do with, I thought I’d make a PowerPoint theme out of one of them. Do I live an exciting life, or what?
The cover slide features a frosted white card over top of a typical scene from the hills of Heavenly at Lake Tahoe, and I really like how the blue and white work together to make for a really nice winter theme. I’ll be honest though – while I like the frosted card theme (which I first tried on this foggy-style template) I’m not totally satisfied with the composition of this cover slide – but it’s useful nonetheless so that’s why I’m uploading it here.
The interior slides play off the blue and white tones of the main photo on the cover, and the whole template has a winter vibe that would be perfect for any presentation about winter weather or snow sports like skiing or snowboarding.
I’ll keep digging through my photos to see if there are any others that might work better for a winter time theme such as this. I’ve got a lot, so don’t be surprised if you see a few more coming soon…
