As a follow-up to my last post, here is another of the “loser” cover page designs from my recent assignment of creating a PowerPoint template for a UX design group. I actually agree with my client on this one – I don’t really care for it, mostly because compared to my other concepts, it didn’t fit the style and nature of the group I was designing for.
I was trying to convey a “design from scratch” feeling with this template cover page, and I think I sort of did it by mimicking a blueprint style with callouts and dimensions on a generic UX logo. The client thought it was too bright for his taste, but I hope someone else out there can use it.
